It is best to enter “ PIENZA ” as the final destination on your GPS and not “Trequanda”.

From Pienza it is best to observe the following tips:

 

From Florence / Rome

• Florence - Rome motorway

• exit BETOLLE / VALDICHIANA

• follow the direction TORRITA DI SIENA, PIENZA

 

From PERUGIA

• raccordo Perugia - Firenze direction Firenze

• Bettole, Torrita di Siena, PIENZA

1. Before you reach the center of Pienza, you'll come to a roundabout(see photo 1) . At this roundabout, turn right toward San Quirico d'Orcia.

2. At the next roundabout, turn right again towards San Quirico d'Orcia, Siena(see photo 2)

3. After 1.5 km turn right at the signs: Castelmuzio, Trequanda, S. Giovanni d'Asso ... SP 71. After 2.2 km you will see the sign: Comune di Trequanda, just after a small bridge.

4. Turn right onto a "strada bianca" (paved dolomite road). Our house (4th) is on the left side of the road.
